How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please avoid nail hardeners and oil shortly before your treatment. You are very welcome to send an inspiration image in advance, so I can prepare the right design for you.
How do I know which treatment suits my natural nails?
Not sure which treatment to choose? Feel free to contact me via WhatsApp beforehand. During your appointment, we will discuss what best suits the condition of your natural nails. If needed, we can adjust the treatment.
Why do you use gel instead of acrylic?
I work exclusively with professional gel products and do not offer acrylic nails. Gel requires careful preparation and precise application, so a treatment may take longer. I choose gel as a gentler approach to natural nails and a more considered choice for the environment.
Where can I park near the salon?
Free parking is available near Hildo Kroplaan, about a 15-minute walk from the salon. Paid parking is available in front of the salon in parking zone 2258.
Do new clients need to pay a deposit?
For new clients, a partial deposit may be requested, up to 50% of the treatment price. You can also choose to pay for the full treatment online in advance through Treatwell.
How should I care for my nails after treatment?
Keep your nails and cuticles conditioned with cuticle oil. Wear gloves when cleaning and avoid using your nails as tools. Do not pick or pull at the gel; have it professionally removed or maintained.
What is the minimum age for an appointment?
Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over. I do not treat clients under 18.
Why can treatments take longer?
I take the time to work carefully and consider the condition of your natural nails. Quality and a beautiful, lasting result matter more than speed.
Can I book a BIAB manicure or gel nail extensions?
Yes. BIAB manicures and gel nail extensions are available by appointment. Book via Treatwell. If you are unsure which treatment suits your natural nails, I can discuss this with you before your appointment.
How does the salon maintain hygiene?
Tools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every treatment. Hygiene is a standard part of every appointment.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash or through an online payment request, for example via Tikkie. The salon does not have a card terminal. Dutch bank cards can be used via an online payment request. You can also choose to pay for the full treatment online in advance through Treatwell.
